Welcome to “As She Is” — a sacred, soul-nourishing gathering to celebrate the Fall Equinox and the fullness of who you are.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Colorado’s high desert, surrounded by vast, open landscapes, starry skies, and the gentle flow of water, this five-day, four-night retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.
Here, you are not asked to change, fix, or strive. You are invited to arrive as you are — raw, real, radiant.
We’ll gather in community, rest in nature, and explore practices that awaken your body, soften your heart, and reconnect you to your inner knowing.

Owner/Founder of Wilding Therapy and a wildflower in previous life. My most crucial long-term relationship has been with the great outdoors; my first therapist was Mother Nature. I have used my time in this mighty space to align the things that make my heartbeat: people, nature, and the power of self-development. I believe the outdoors is a powerful resource in helping us feel grounded and at peace, immersed in all that Mother Nature offers.
