Retreat Facilitators
Leona Waller
Leona Waller found her way to embodiment after decades of struggling with mental illness and not finding relief from the standard recommendations. But when she finally toward to herself not as the problem but as the healer, her own healer, everything changed. Through connection with her body, her emotions, and the earth, she found what she’d been looking for: a deep sense of belonging. Leona has an undergraduate degree in neuroscience, and five years experience studying embodiment, meditation, shamanic journeying, inner child healing, and shadow work. She now holds spaces for women to find all they seek within: the truth of their own sacredness, and the belief that they are worthy of embodying it.
