Nicole Jefferson

Meet Nicole.

Hi! I’m Nicole Jefferson (Licensed Professional, MA, LPCC), founder and primary practitioner at Wilding Therapy.

As a therapist my goal is to serve as a thought partner to recognize, analyze, and eventually untie the tethers that hold clients back from their best lives. Together, with nature as our muse, we will embark on this work. Therapy is an iterative process by which participants are able to free themselves and recognize their own purpose and power.

I believe the outdoors is a powerful resource in helping us feel grounded and at peace, immersed in all that Mother Nature has to offer. My approach is holistic, mindful-based, somatic, and person-centered. My goal for people is to feel good in their skin and reach their true potential of SELF. I offer indoor, virtual, and outdoor therapy.

We match approaches with an individual’s needs, desires, comforts, and concerns. We will work together to identify the areas of your life you’d like to explore and unpack.
